Quantifying leaf chlorophyll is a key technique in upgrading quality of agricultural and horticultural products or improving tree vigor assessment. The present patent covers methods and devices of a non-destructive, rapid and accurate determination of leaf chlorophyll content. The accuracy was about two-times better than a standard handy chlorophyll meter.
