Abstracts
The object is to produce a model which acquires a high metastatic capability and a high invasive capability of a cell related to breast cancer. Specifically disclosed is a MCF7-derived cell which is derived from a MCF7 cell and has a significantly higher invasive capability or metastatic capability compared to a MCF7 cell. The MCF7-derived cell can be produced by collecting a MCF7 cell that acquires a capability of passing through a basement membrane preparation such as Matrigel or an analogue thereof.
